card manager doesn't work

Hello there,
I have downloaded the CARDMANAGER from the ZOOM website. When I try to use, there pops up this sandcoloured page and the 8 tracks - and that's it. there's no rection whatsoever with mouseclick ...
I have downloaded the program a second time - same result. What do I do wrong ?
